Leann graduated from NIU with her degree in physical therapy.  She has worked in home health for 13 years and has been the Director of Rehab, Director of Clinical Services and an Administrator for multiple home health agencies. She has assisted thousands of patients in there recovery and continues to remain involved with patient care.  She assists in training new physical therapists on all the new methods in recovery.  

Joe has been in health care for 12 years.  Prior to that he worked in senior housing as a social worker.  He was apart of numerous committees and served on may boards to help service the senior community.  He has been a Director of Business development for multiple home health agencies and has created may great relationships within his field.

Strawberry is certified RN for over 14 years.  She has been a Director of Nursing, SNF nurse, disease management nurse and a wound care certified nurse. She has worked in home health for over 5 years and continues to advance her education and training. Strawberry is a loving mother of many adopted animals and loves to care for those needing assistance. 

Deb has worked in home health and Hospice for 11 years.  She has committed herself to the ever changing health care industry to help develop an elite home care agency.  With her expertise, work ethic and patient first mentality, she helps guide Allura in to an award winning agency in the valley.
